The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (“CJRS”) was announced by the government on 20 March 2020.
The CJRS is a scheme designed to assist all UK employers to access support to continue paying part of their employees’ salary for those employees that would otherwise be laid off during the coronavirus outbreak.
